Additionally, if a service is not delivered within 7 days due to technical issues, you may claim a refund via our contact form.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services. Discount codes issued by The Astral Advisor may be applied during the service booking process to receive a reduced price.
5. Subscription & Cancellation Policy
We offer subscriptions for horoscope delivery via email. For these subscription services:
- Subscriptions are charged on a one-time basis for the full period (e.g., a year) and are non-recurring.
- You may unsubscribe from receiving communications at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued once a subscription is purchased.
- Your subscription will remain active for the entire billing period, even if you cancel your communications.
- We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions for fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms of Service.
